Oxide Ceramic Powder

Oxide ceramic powders refer to a category of high-hardness, corrosion-resistant powder materials with metal oxides as the matrix. They are widely used in thermal spraying and plasma cladding processes, and can be applied to prepare ceramic coatings with wear resistance, corrosion resistance and electrical insulation properties. Among them, chromium(III) oxide (Cr₂O₃) powder is one of the most extensively used oxide ceramic powders. It integrates excellent abrasive wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and electrical insulation performance, and is suitable for the surface protection of key components such as mechanical seals, valves and roller tables.
