Fer-based Alloy Powders

Fe-based alloy powders refer to cost-effective high-performance powder materials formulated with iron as the matrix, by incorporating alloying elements such as chromium, manganese, silicon, boron, carbon and nickel. Endowed with the characteristics of low cost, excellent process compatibility and flexibly adjustable mechanical properties, they serve as the preferred consumable materials for surface strengthening and repair under medium-low temperature and low-load service conditions. These powders are widely applicable to the operational requirements of High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel spraying equipment (HVOF), plasma surfacing equipment and laser cladding equipment, achieving a balance between component protection performance and production cost control.
