The product system covers a full range of products in two major categories: organic and inorganic. Organic sealers include air-drying phenolic resin sealers, thermosetting epoxy resin sealers and polyimide resin sealers, etc. Inorganic sealers consist of high-temperature asphalt-based aluminum paste, silicon-aluminum resin sealers and silicate-based sealers, etc. Among them, the two-component nanoscale sealer is compounded from high-temperature resistant resin, nanoscale metal powder and special bonding additives. Prepared with precise proportioning, it achieves an infiltration depth of over 80% of the coating thickness, enabling full filling of fine pores. The high-temperature silicon-aluminum resin sealer can work continuously at 480℃, while the asphalt-based aluminum paste sealer has a maximum temperature resistance of up to 980℃, meeting the requirements of different temperature working conditions.
The product boasts core advantages such as strong permeability, controllable curing speed and excellent compatibility with various spray coatings (metal, ceramic, alloy coatings, etc.). It does not chemically react with coatings or substrates, and features flexible construction methods, including brushing, spraying, impregnation and ultrasonic infiltration. It supports two curing modes: room-temperature curing and baking curing. Room-temperature curing can be completed in 10–14 hours, while baking curing can significantly shorten the time to 1–2 hours. Moreover, post-construction processing does not affect the subsequent machining performance of coatings.
