Chromium Carbide-Based Powder Series

Our chromium carbide-based thermal spray powders are engineered for high-temperature and corrosive service environments, with full compatibility with High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) spraying, plasma surfacing and laser cladding processes. Led by the core grade Cr3C2-25NiCr, this series delivers exceptional high-temperature wear resistance, oxidation resistance and erosion resistance, maintaining stable long-term operation under coupled high-temperature and corrosive conditions. It is extensively applied to metallurgical high-temperature rollers, power boiler tubes, aero-engine hot-end components and other high-demand high-temperature scenarios.
