Our tungsten carbide-based thermal spray powders form our core product portfolio, fully compatible with High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) spraying, plasma surfacing and laser cladding processes. Featuring hard WC particles as the wear-resistant phase and cobalt-chromium alloys as the binder phase, they boast ultra-high hardness, excellent abrasive wear resistance and superior impact resistance. This series is widely used for wear strengthening and dimensional repair of critical components in heavy-wear sectors including mining, metallurgy and construction machinery. Its flagship grade WC10Co4Cr stands as the industry’s universal choice for its well-balanced overall performance.
