Nickel Based Powder Mixed With Casting Tunsten Carbide PTA Powder

This Ni60AA nickel-based PTA hardfacing powder contains evenly distributed cast tungsten carbide particles, with standard carbide ratios of 60%, 65% and customizable options.
Well-graded powder offers great flowability and stable feeding for all mainstream PTA equipment. Minimal carbide loss and good alloy wettability produce dense, crack-free hardfacing layers with adjustable thickness for batch surfacing or local part repair.
The coating combines carbide’s superior abrasion/erosion resistance and nickel matrix’s toughness, corrosion & high-temperature oxidation resistance, performing reliably under heavy wear and moderate impact to lengthen component service life.
Suitable for mining, construction, oil, agricultural and power machinery, it strengthens and restores worn parts including conveyor blades, bucket teeth, crusher hammers and fan impellers to lower maintenance expenses.
