Tungsten Carbide Tube Welding Rod

This series of tungsten carbide tubular hardfacing electrodes, with a mild steel sheath filled with high-hardness tungsten carbide phases, are engineered for oxy-acetylene flame hardfacing. Tested per ASTM G65, the dense, metallurgically bonded deposit delivers 6–7 times the wear resistance of conventional materials with low carbide burn-off.
With a standard filling rate of 60%–65%, the product line includes four variants for targeted performance: cast tungsten carbide, cemented carbide grit, carbide pellet and monocrystal WC, with customizable particle size, diameter and filling ratio.
Widely used in oil drilling, mining and construction machinery, it is ideal for surface strengthening and repair of drill bits, conveyor blades, crusher hammers and other wear-prone components, cutting maintenance costs via extended service life.
