Tungsten Carbide Composite Welding Rod

This series of cemented carbide composite rods consist of WC-Co hard particles and copper-based (Ag/Ni contained) bonding alloy, manufactured via sintering process. The carbide phase delivers excellent wear resistance, adapting to both cutting conditions with sharp-edged grains and grinding conditions with blunter grains. Applied by oxy-acetylene flame hardfacing, the well-wetting matrix forms a stable, metallurgically bonded layer with high hardness and moderate toughness.
Available in various particle sizes and filling ratios with customizable specifications, they are widely used in downhole tools, hole openers, milling & fishing tools, centralizers, mining and construction machinery parts for surface strengthening and repair, greatly extending service life and cutting maintenance costs.
