Polishing machines specially designed for the thermal spraying industry are mostly equipped with high-precision variable-frequency spindles and wear-resistant diamond or ceramic polishing abrasives, integrated with CNC systems to achieve precision control of multi-axis linkage, and fitted with dust removal and temperature control devices to cope with the characteristics of high hardness and uneven surface roughness of sprayed coatings; they can perform high-efficiency polishing on metal and ceramic coated workpieces (such as the inner holes of engine cylinder blocks, the inner walls of hydraulic cylinders and the surfaces of aerospace components) after plasma spraying and high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spraying, accurately reduce the surface roughness value of coatings, improve surface flatness and finish, avoid coating damage at the same time, ensure the coating adhesion and service performance of workpieces, and are widely suitable for the finishing requirements of various workpieces after thermal spraying.
